But my motivation was because of a promise I made. I had an unexplained hand disability for several years that doctors could not cure. I discovered it was caused by loneliness, a lack of belonging, and the grief of being uprooted repeatedly. After I recovered from my disability, I made a promise to relieve others from loneliness and help them find belonging. I started with people suffering from chronic pain, and the homeless population, and then cross cultural people. You can learn more about my story here: briceroyer.com
